“There is a problem with the order confirmation process. I have tried to place an order on their site since January 1st and it has not worked. I have never received a notification that something is wrong. My credit card has: As usual it was showing a pending charge.A week later the order hadn’t shipped and when I called they said the order was canceled due to the order confirmation process.”
