If you own a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 locked to a T-Mobile or Sprint network, you will receive One UI 5.0 with firmware version F916USQU2IVK5. It comes with the usual One UI 5.0 goodies and the November 2022 Android security patch.

If you haven’t received the update yet, you can manually check by going to your Galaxy Z Fold2. Configuration > software update menu.
