Today, OnePlus confirmed that the company’s first tablet will be unveiled at an event on February 7th. The company also shared a teaser image, but that only gives a clear look at the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus Buds Pro 2 already launched in China (the 7th event is for global launches). remained shrouded in mystery.

OnePlus Pad (speculative rendering)
Strange, isn’t it? Guess how many tablets have Oreo-style camera islands? Especially centered like that, rather than tucked into a corner. This is in line with the OnePlus 11 aesthetic, and the tablet clearly goes along with it.
The specifications of the tablet have not yet been released, but we do know that it will have an 11.6-inch display. The Slate will be a metal unibody design, so it needs to be rugged, but thickness and weight details are yet to be revealed.
If you look closely, you can see the front facing camera on one of the long sides of the tablet. This works well for video calls in landscape orientation (which is surprisingly rare among tablets).
OnePlus’ big event is just a few weeks from now, introducing the OnePlus 11 and Buds Pro 2 to the world. It will also debut the OnePlus keyboard and new smart TVs. And, of course, the OnePlus Pad.
