Things come to a head when the father, played by Mikey Day, begins to notice that State Farm’s Jake is spending too much time with his wife and kids. Buys his family dinner while his father is at work, teaches his daughter piano, and even takes her daughter to church. Things take a quick turn for the worse as he slowly discovers that his father has been replaced by Jake at the State Farm and it gets even darker from there.
While drunk, Day makes his way to the bridge and drunkenly sings, “Like a good neighbor, the state farm is there.”
“He took everything,” he said, and tried to jump over the bridge.
Then, out of nowhere, he is saved by Liberty Mutual’s insurance mascots Lim Emu and Doug. end.
