On February 7th, OnePlus will unveil new products on two fronts. Globally, we will release OnePlus 11, 11R, our first tablet, and more. China will introduce the OnePlus Ace 2 (presumably identical to the 11R) and the OnePlus Buds Ace. The company has already confirmed specific details for two new devices slated for China.
The Buds Ace boast a total battery life of 36 hours (earbuds + case). That’s six more he than Nord Buds of similar design. Ace Buds also greatly improves fast charging. A 5 minute quick charge is enough for 10 hours of play time (10 minutes gives 5 hours on Nord Buds).
Another advantage of the old buds is that these have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) thanks to a “dual-core noise reduction chip”. It has a dynamic bass system.
OnePlus Buds Ace
These earbuds are recommended by the Peacekeeper Elite League as they support Bluetooth 5.3 and can bring latency down to 47ms.
As for the OnePlus Ace 2, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and official renders show that its design is very similar to that of the OnePlus 11. The global event on February 7th is not clear how long it will take for the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 (already available in China), as well as the Buds Ace (perhaps under a different name) to go global.
