RZAPS (Ricardo Zurita Architecture & Planning) is an award-winning joint venture focused on projects that revitalize urban public life.
Our projects range from new buildings, historic renovations, open spaces and interiors. Our mission is to develop unique process-driven designs in collaboration with various stakeholders, including private clients, public institutions and community-based groups.
We are looking for the next key player for our dynamic design team. A mid-level design architect with 5-8 years of experience who can take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities. This position offers an opportunity to foster professional growth, including experience with various types of projects and public review processes. Our side-by-side collaborative working environment ensures that all members of the company contribute meaningfully to enhancing the quality of our projects.
We are looking for people who meet the following conditions.
- Bachelor’s Degree (5 years) or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in circuit diagram design using design documents
- Computer drawing skills including visualization software including BIM (ArchiCAD a plus), AutoCAD and Rhino
- Enthusiasm for the next project, from project initiation to construction
- Interest in contributing to projects undergoing public review
- Professional license plus
