After bringing its revolutionary FITS earbuds to the UK in 2022, two years after its launch in the US, Logitech/Ultimate Ears has spent little time launching another true wireless pair with the G FITS. I did.
Logitech G FITS are true wireless gaming earbuds, and like UE FITS, they’re built to create a unique fit in less than 60 seconds using Logitech’s Lightform technology. G FITS aims to bring gaming grade audio to PC, Mac, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and mobile devices using Lightspeed and Bluetooth wireless.
The G FITS are the first earbuds to feature Lightspeed wireless technology, which Logitech says offers users pro-grade connectivity, high-performance audio, powerful connectivity, and long battery life. In fact, the G FITS boasts an extended battery over the UE FITS, giving him 10 hours of use in the earbuds, but only 12 hours with a total of 22 charging cases.
Connecting to your gaming device is via a USB-A or USB-C connection for 7 hours of listening and an additional 8 hours of playback with the charging case. For in-game communications, each earbud includes his two built-in beamforming mics so you can hear him loud and clear to your friends.
Logitech describes the sound delivered by the G FITS as warm and detailed, with deep, punchy bass. Downloading the G-FITS app allows users to use audio presets optimized for his first-person shooter (role-playing games, music, podcasts, bass boost, and the option to create his own EQ profile). You can customize his EQ on the earphones by using
Available in black or white finish, the G FITS is already available in the US ($229) and £229 in the UK.
Keep an eye on our review of the UE FITS, which has similar technology to the G FITS.
