Google trained an artificial intelligence named SingSong. This artificial intelligence can generate a musical backing track along with recorded people singing.
To develop it, Jesse Engel and his colleagues at Google Research used algorithms to isolate instrumental and vocal parts from 46,000 hours of music and fine-tuned existing AI models. It was also created by Google Research, but for generating voice and piano music. – for a pair of those recordings.
