It’s a Creator laptop, not a Galaxy Tab!
Samsung has done something new and released laptops spec’d for gaming and content creation. The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra is a rare 16-inch size and features his 2880 x 1880 screen powered by the RTX 4050 or RTX 4070. The processor is the 13th generation Raptor Lake i7 or i9, model unspecified, but the GPU. They didn’t mention what the drive is like, but we can speculate as to what breed it is.
Along with the new laptop comes a Galaxy S23 Ultra with a 200MP camera on the back and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for the Galaxy. We know it’s a new Kyro chip, but Samsung was cautious about the specs, so we don’t know the core count or frequency. The Ultra measures 6.8 inches, while the S23 and S23 Plus are both 6.6 inches, and the biggest difference between the latter two models is that the Plus has a 4,700mAh battery, while the basic S3 has a 3,900mAh battery.
The rear cameras have also been toned down a bit, with 50MP, 12MP, and 10MP on the back, and a 12MP selfie camera on the front that’s good at lying. The camera will now be able to “select hair, eyes, and skin as separate objects and beautify each one accordingly,” making dating apps even more fun to work with.
That’s all the register has been able to glean from the release, but we’ll know more soon.
