Our Black in Stone is perfect for both aquarium and bonsai collections. Each stone is unique and hand-picked by local farmers in the Yingde Mountains of Guangzhou, South China. Although seiryu-seki is native to Japan (now illegal to export), Ying Stones are similar in composition to limestone, with similar deep cuts, fissures, and white veins and a contrasting shade of gray. Our stones are never treated and remain in the same condition they were found in, making them safe for aquarium pets and bonsai. One box contains about 15 pounds of Ying Stones in various shapes and sizes from about 3 to 8 inches.
