What’s the deal with AI-generated my neighbor seinfeld Parody “Nothing, Forever?”
Sunday night, “Nothing, Forever” found itself in hot water after containing AI-generated dialogue abusive language(opens in new tab) About trans people streaming on Twitch. The show mimics his hit 90s sitcom, my neighbor seinfeld, and then Larry Feinberg, Jerry Seinfeld’s robotic 3-D animated stand-in. Much of “Nothing, Forever” takes place in Larry’s living room, my neighbor seinfeldthe show includes a main character stand-up set opener.

“There’s like 50 people here and nobody’s laughing,” Larry said during the stream. “Does anyone have any suggestions?”
Larry then dropped several transphobic lines that likely violated Twitch’s guidelines, resulting in a temporary two-week suspension.
Computer-generated 3-D animated parody since December 14th of last year my neighbor seinfeld aired 24 hours on Twitch. The dialog is completely generated by OpenAI’s GPT-3 language model. (If OpenAI sounds familiar, it’s because they’re behind the popular ChatGPT AI chatbot.) Mismatch Media, the media group behind the project, said that when setting “Nothing, Forever,” We included some moderation filters, but more than that, they… let us take our hands off and let the AI show us wherever we went.
But something was clearly wrong on Sunday.
The creator of “Nothing, Forever” explained in the show’s Discord chat that he was changing the AI model when a moderation failure occurred, leading to Larry’s rant about trans people. Another person on the team also emphasized that the resulting content does not at all reflect what the show’s creators believe.
Twitch suspended the channel for two weeks. Then “Nothing, Forever” returns, and Larry’s standup seems to improve his material.
