Xiaomi 13 Pro to detail global launch on February 26

Announced in China in December, the Xiaomi 13 Pro takes the next step towards its global launch on February 26th. Xiaomi’s India branch announced today that the 13 Pro will launch globally on his 26th February at Mobile World Congress (MWC) which includes India. The event will be live-streamed from 9:30PM IST (4PM UTC) on Xiaomi’s official website and social media accounts.

In the press notes we received there is no mention of the Xiaomi 13 so it is unclear if it will be part of the MWC event or if it will make its global debut later. You know.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Out of the box it runs his MIUI 14 based on Android 13 and has a 6.73 inch QHD+ 120Hz LTPO OLED screen protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.

The display has HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, and underneath is a fingerprint reader for biometric authentication. It also has a punch hole for the 32MP selfie camera in the middle.

On the back of the Xiaomi 13 Pro is a triple camera system consisting of a 50.3MP primary (with OIS), 50MP telephoto and 50MP ultra wide angle units. The camera setup also uses Leica branded lenses.

Keeping the whole package running is a 4,820 mAh battery that supports 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It also supports 10W reverse wireless charging.
