Cadillac will introduce the current-generation Escalade in 2021, praising its interior space, comfort and luxury. However, since the Escalade is essentially a truck, some aspects (rise height, handling characteristics, etc.) are less than ideal for some buyers. The Escalade V model hits the market in 2023, adding a performance-grade offering to this already not-so-late Cadillac. The Escalade comes standard with a 6.2-liter V8 producing 420 horsepower (313 kW) and 460 lb-ft (623.7 Nm) of torque. The Escalade V supercharges its engine, boosting power to an almost absurd 682 hp (508.5 kW) and 653 lb-ft (885.3 Nm). It uses a specialized all-wheel drive system to put all your muscles on the pavement and balance the power output with a rear bias. V model towing is rated at 7,000 lbs (3,175 kg).
As for furnishings, the 2023 Cadillac Escalade V is equipped almost identically to the top-of-the-line Escalade Premium Luxury Platinum. What it loses in the long descriptive name suffix it gains in power, performance-tuned suspension, Brembo high-performance braking and added drive modes for more fun.
Words can’t describe the enormity of the Escalade (I’ll try anyway). It is 77 inches (195.6 cm) high, 212 inches (538.5 cm) long and 81 inches (205.7 cm) wide. The luggage space in the rear seats is 722L when the third row is extended and 3,089.4L when the seats are down. This is comparable to some apartments in New York City. Seating can accommodate up to eight people, but the V model comes with a second row captain’s chair, reducing passenger capacity to seven.
All surfaces and materials in the Cadillac Escalade’s interior are designed to match well-crafted ergonomic design. In the V model, the instrument panel, console, and door upper panels are wrapped in leather to match the leather seats. The technology is also very well done, with his 36-speaker AKG Premium Audio System working behind multiple touchscreens that run from the left side of the driver’s instrument panel to the front of the passenger side. A rear entertainment screen and wireless headphones are also standard.

The Escalade V is a powerful and fun machine to drive. It’s silly on paper, but in real life it’s a lot of fun and you’ll definitely be amazed at what it does. Most performance attempts require him to sprint from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in less than 5 seconds on public roads and about 4.5 seconds in professional hands on track .
