Faegre Drinker actively seeks litigation associates to participate in its active intellectual property practice. This full-time position provides the opportunity to focus on domestic and international client-based patent litigation from our offices in Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Washington DC, or Wilmington.
Required qualifications:
Successful applicants should have two to three years of patent litigation experience, or at least one year of patent litigation experience with a federal clerk. Successful candidates must be collaborative and highly motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates should also have an excellent academic background and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
