Corsair HS65 Wireless, Headphones For A Little Less

Not Everyone Wants $500 Headphones

Corsair has expanded its HS wireless headphone line with the new HS65 Wireless for around $120. They offer a combination of features that are better than their predecessors and not quite up to the same level. It is not. They also share the same compatibility level and work with PCs, Macs, the latest PlayStations and the same microphones.

The frequency response is a bit limited compared to other Corsair headsets. The HS65 Wireless has a sensitivity of 114dB (+/-3dB), which closely matches that model, but the impedance remains the same. Corsair’s switch from Dolby Atmos to Dolby 7.1 means you no longer need to buy software to get the most out of your hardware. This headset adds wireless as well as Bluetooth to the mix, but with a wired connection he loses the enhanced quality that the HS80 offers.

According to specs, it has a range of 50 feet, and the Guru3D came close, if not the full length. It lasts up to 24 hours on a full charge and 6 hours on a 15 minute charge. If you’re curious how it sounds, check out our full review.
