Announcing the startups pitching at TechCrunch Live’s (virtual) Boston event!

We are excited to announce three startup pitches at a special TechCrunch Live event in Boston. The virtual event kicks off on Monday, February 27th at 2:00 PM EST/11:00 AM PST and is free to attend. The event will feature Boston startup his scene leaders and will conclude with a pitch-off. The startups below were selected by the TechCrunch editorial staff to participate.

The show kicks off with a conversation between .406 Venture’s Greg Dracon and Oort’s CEO Matt Caulfield to discuss the Boston ecosystem and why security startups should consider setting up in Boston. This is followed by a conversation with MassChallenge CEO Cait Brumme about his resources available to startup founders in Boston’s deep community. Finally, just before pitch-off, legendary roboticist Marc Raibert told TechCrunch’s hardware his editor Brian Heater why he founded Boston Dynamics and the Hyundai AI Institute. describes his latest venture, which he heads.
