Well, Warner/HBO filed a lawsuit on Friday, claiming Paramount undermined the deal in an attempt to beef up its own streaming service. “When Paramount decided to launch its own new streaming platform (“Paramount+”), its priorities changed dramatically,” the lawsuit claims.
