A New Jersey-based intellectual property boutique is looking for a patent attorney or patent attorney to join its fast-growing practice. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Princeton, New Jersey.
Job Description:
- Preparation and examination of patent applications
- Conducting Patent Infringement and/or Validity Analysis
- Counseling clients on intellectual property protection strategies
Required qualifications:
Ideal candidates have at least a Bachelor’s degree in electrical and/or computer engineering, computer science, physics, or similar. Candidates should preferably have at least two years of industry R&D experience and be accepted to practice at the USPTO.
