The first trailer for the latest family movie inspired by Disney’s Haunted Mansion ride is finally here, and it’s as comically creepy as ever. dear white peopleWritten by Justin Simien of , and Katie Dippold (The Heat2016 Ghost Busters), this iteration stars Rosario Dawson as a single mother who moves into a villainous mansion with her son.

As an avid fan of the 2003 film starring Eddie Murphy, I was a little skeptical about this new release. Haunted houseBut seeing the new crew hilariously flirting with ghosts on the trail makes me wonder if this was Danny DeVito’s call all along.
