It’s still quite some time before Samsung is expected to launch its next Galaxy smartwatch, but leaks and rumors have already started to circulate, giving us a glimpse of what we can expect from the wearable. The Galaxy Watch 6 series could get a small but welcome battery upgrade.
This information comes from Galaxy Club, which has spotted certifications for the two batteries expected to come with the Galaxy Watch 6 series. is 425mAh.

According to Galaxy Club, these batteries could be compatible with Galaxy Watch 6 sizes of 40mm and 44mm respectively. Product codes are EB-BR935ABY and EB-BR945ABY, and model numbers are expected to be SM-R93x and SM-R94x.
By comparison, the 40mm Galaxy Watch 5 has a 284mAh battery, while the 44mm version has a capacity of 410mAh. Especially when compared to the battery increase from the Galaxy Watch 4 series (247mAh and 361mAh) to the Galaxy Watch 5, it’s certainly true that the capacity of these new batteries hasn’t increased significantly. It’s welcoming and can make a huge difference.
Samsung claims 50 hours of battery life on the Galaxy Watch 5, but in our usage, it could last a day or a day and a half. As Wear OS watches go, they’re not as good as others, but they’re better than some. there is.
