The package fits the entire Asus ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition and is impressive in itself. It also uses Bluetooth when needed. The sensor is billed as a ROG Aimpoint optical sensor, otherwise known as the PixArt 3399, capable of sensitivity up to 36,000 dpi. The mouse happens to be NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer compliant for those who fell in love with that feature.
The software that comes with the Asus ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition mouse, the Asus Armory Crate, is decent, but not Guru3D’s favorite. Almost everything can be adjusted as needed, including changing the liftoff distance. There’s even a way to completely reset the mouse if you suspect something is wrong.
The Asus ROG Hone Ace Aim Lab Edition mouse pad measures 508 x 420 x 3 mm (20 x 16.5 x 0.1 inches) with a cloth top and a rubber bottom. Not required, but makes sense for a mouse of this quality. The sensor works well on a bare desk, but with proper padding you can take advantage of the 36K dpi even more.
