Forsort wants to be a chatbot, and Thoughtspot wants to use AI for data queries. Each company took the base technology, added a few algorithm boosters, and tailored the technology to their platform-specific requirements.
Microsoft also announced the general availability of its OpenAI service for enterprise users on Azure as a managed service.
We expect more companies to join us throughout this year, but the limits are real and we wonder: technology, no matter how cool it looks, Is it really enterprise-ready in its pristine raw form??
