Asus’ ROG Phone line typically exists to sweep floors with games available on Android, matching hardware performance that rivals the competition. The ROG Phone 6 series is a prime example, and thanks to Qualcomm’s latest and greatest chipset, its successor will be able to continue in that vein.

According to benchmark test results spotted by the outlet, ROG Phone 7D scored 2012 and 5697 points in single-core and multi-core tests respectively. got (opens in new tab) 2022 and 5719 respectively.
Unfortunately, this is the only normal information you can get from Geekbench listings. That said, previous rumors have given us a good idea of what else the phone has in store to challenge the best Android phones today. The upcoming device is expected to feature an AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, similar to the ROG Phone 6 series, according to the company.
Like last year, the ROG Phone 7 series may have three models in the lineup. Along with the regular model and his ROG Phone 7D model, an Ultimate model could be in the pipeline.
No ETA for all three variants yet. However, if Asus sticks to its previous release schedule, the standard model could arrive in the summer, with the rest of the lineup debuting this fall.
