First up at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, TC+ Editor-in-Chief and Equity Co-host Alex Wilhelm talks with Kleiner Perkins partner Mamoon Hamid and Thrive Global founder and CEO Arianna Huffington. The two are long-time veterans navigating the waters of Silicon Valley and are able to speak directly to founders who are anxious about the future. In addition, Huffington’s company is focused on improving employee health, a timely topic that is itself fraught with uncertainty.
And at 12pm Thursday, TechCrunch’s top security editor Zack Whittaker sat down with Sequoia partner Andrew Reed and Vanta co-founder and CEO Christina Cacioppo. Christina Cacioppo launched her Vanta in 2016 and to date she has raised $202.95 million, including a $150 million Series B that closed in October 2022. This company appeals to me because it does the most tedious yet important work around compliance and security automation.
