IT-as-a-Service startup Deeploi raises €3M

Germany-based startup Deeploi, which builds an IT-as-a-Service platform, today announced it has raised €3 million in a seed funding round led by Berlin-based Cherry Ventures. Tactile, Moss, Bey, Sender.

The company was founded by Julian Lübke and Philip Hoffmann. Luebke began his career at Rocket Internet before joining his McMakler real estate startup as the first employee to focus on operations. Hoffmann, on the other hand, founded his IT company ten years before him. The company started as a traditional his IT service provider, then transitioned to a managed services provider focused on Apple’s platforms. To that end, Hoffmann also created the company’s own Mobile His Device Management System (MDM).

“I thought it would be really cool to connect everything—to have everything on one platform and automate everything,” Hoffmann explains. “Then I met Julian and realized that this could work very well. increase.”

Founding the company late last year, the founders describe Deeploi as an all-in-one IT platform that combines standard IT features with the company’s premium support from IT agents who answer support calls. This team covers everything from onboarding, support, endpoint management, network management and offboarding. For security products, Deeploi partners with cyber security companies.

“The main difference from many existing business models is that we offer IT as a service to the enterprise,” explains Luebke. “Companies don’t have to build their own IT departments. They can take over these functions entirely. can use our platform and, for example, also have premium support to take over easy, repetitive and redundant tasks.”

Deeploi can also take data from existing systems (such as HR) and integrate it into the platform, helping companies automate many functions. For example, when a new employee is enrolled in the HR system, the company can automatically send them her new Macbook and set up access to certain of her SaaS tools.

Luebke said modern cloud-native companies with modern tech stacks such as brand agencies, marketing firms and D2C companies are ideal customers for Deeploi. For the time being, the company plans to focus on the Western European market and is currently testing the service with a select number of users.The plan is to open the platform to a wider audience in June. intend to do something.

“Once we’ve established market power in Western Europe and really built a product, we don’t see any restrictions on expanding into the United States,” says Luebke.
