The vivo iQOO Z7 5G is official and will be available on March 21st exclusively for India.
Up front, the iQOO Z7 has a 6.38-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate and an advertised peak brightness of 1300 nits. There is a fingerprint scanner under the display – another highlight of the price category.
The iQOO Z7 is powered by the fastest 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset in its price range, scoring over 485k on AnTuTu. Dimensity chips can be bundled with 6GB or 8GB of RAM.
The iQOO Z7 claims the segment’s first 64MP optically stabilized main camera. The other camera is a dedicated macro.
The iQOO Z7 comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 44W FlashCharge that recharges to 50% in just 25 minutes.
The iQOO Z7 runs Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13, and vivo promises 3 years of monthly security updates and 2 years of Android updates.
The iQOO Z7 is available in Norwegian Blue and Pacific Night colors with a special launch price of INR17,499 ($210) for the 6/128GB model and INR18,499 ($225) for the 8/128GB model. HDFC and ICICI bank credit cards. Sales will begin on March 21 at 1:00 pm on Amazon and iQOO’s own sites. Regular starting price is INR 18,999 ($230).
