If you revisit the old deals that you have listed, you may notice that the price has increased. Sometimes it’s just a temporary discount that has expired, and sometimes demand (and available supply) drives the price.
However, some phones, like flagships, have no choice but to go down. This is especially true for older flagships. Use the links below to jump to your region.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has an impressive camera, but last year’s Galaxy S22 Ultra has unique features and is even cheaper. To be precise, the 256GB model is $300 cheaper. With 3 OS updates and his 4 years of security patches left, this phone will last for quite some time.
Next, I wanted to look at some Google phones. The Pixel 7 has a price drop of $550 and while it’s not the fastest flagship, it gets monthly updates from Google that often include cool new AI-powered features.
For about half that price, you can get a Pixel 6a with the previous Tensor chipset instead. The Pixel 7a is rumored to launch in June and could prove to be a better option than any of these, but for now it’s rumored (Tensor G2, 6.1″ 90Hz display, 64MP main camera, 5W wireless charging). price.
You can also buy the older Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 6 instead. You can pick up a Pixel 6 for just over $200, as we’ve listed some refurbished deals below. Or you can get a new unit for $420. Click here for comparison with 6a.
The Galaxy A54 will start shipping on April 6th, with pre-orders starting a week early. It costs $450, but you can trade in older devices for up to $250 in credit, and even get a pair of Galaxy Buds Live for $50. If not, you can get the older Galaxy A53 for $400.The Exynos 1280 isn’t quite as good as the 1380, but the rest of the features are on par.
Or you can get the Motorola Edge (2022) for a lower price. A 6.6-inch 144Hz FHD+ OLED display and a massive 5,000mAh battery with both 30W wired and 15W wireless make this a solid mid-range for multimedia and light gaming (the Dimensity 1050 is pretty Powered by a fast Mali-G610 MC3 GPU).
Apple sells refurbished iPhones on its site, but currently only offers models up to the 12 series (link here). For example, the iPhone 12 Pro Max (128GB) is $760, but for $900 you can get the refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max (128GB) from Amazon.
Below you will find links to refurbished products for all iPhone 13 models. It costs a little more, but you get your phone in better condition.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 has already dropped in price. It originally started at $1,100 CAD and included a free upgrade to 256GB storage. That offer has now ended, but the 128GB model is available for $920 CAD.
You can also substitute the Google Pixel 7 Pro with its 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO display compared to Samsung’s standard 6.1-inch FHD+ panel. You’ll also get a 120mm periscope with a 48MP sensor instead of Galaxy’s rather basic 70mm 10MP module.
The Pro is a big phone, but if you want something smaller, the Pixel 7 is worth considering. This ends up being a 6.3-inch FHD+ 90Hz display and loses most of its advantage over the S23 as it loses the periscope module.
If you can afford to lose the high refresh rate entirely and drop the main camera to 12MP, you can go even cheaper. Of course, this is talking about the Pixel 6a. It’s slightly larger than the S23 and possible, but less than half the cost.
The real Samsung replacement for the 6a is the Galaxy A53. It will be. Compared to the 6a, the Galaxy A53 has a larger 6.5-inch AMOLED display (120Hz refresh rate), a high-res 64MP main camera (both with OIS), a high-res 32MP selfie cam (vs. 8MP), and a bigger and faster camera. I have it. 5,000mAh/25W battery (vs. 4,410mAh/18W).
There’s one new model you might be interested in. The Galaxy A14 5G is from January. At $330 CAD, it’s not much cheaper than the A53, but its specs are more basic.6.6 inches. 90Hz LCD (FHD+), 50MP main cam (no OIS), no ultrawide partner, 5,000mAh battery tops the list – at 15W. It also uses less RAM and halves the storage. At $80 CAD higher, the A53 looks like a better deal.
England
A few months ago, Apple started playing back iPhone 13 models in Europe, but older iPhone 12 series are also available. For example, the iPhone 12 Pro Max (128GB) costs £780 but is available from Amazon for less than £500. The 12 Pro is £690 on Apple.com and £444 on Amazon UK. The iPhone 12 and 12 mini (128GB) are £590 and £500 respectively from Apple and £342 and £274 from Amazon.
Nothing Phone (1) keeps getting better with each update. The Phone (2) is coming and will be a more premium device (Qualcomm executives said it will use SD 8+ Gen 1), but its price is unknown and Nothing even has a new in the works mid ranger.
The Galaxy A54 will go on sale in the UK later this month and will cost £450 for an 8/128GB unit. Its Exynos 1380 is clearly better than the 1280 inside the old Galaxy A53, but the A53 is £285 for his 6/128GB unit. That said, the A54 comes with a paid pair of Galaxy Buds2, so if you want a TWS headset, the price difference isn’t too big.
The Nokia X10 is from 2021 and launched with Android 11 (it has since been updated to v13). However, HMD Global promised him three OS updates for him and three years of security patches for him, so there’s one more left. It’s not a big deal, but the X10 is his 5G phone for £156 and it’s not such a bad deal, especially if you want to keep your Android tidy.
India
The Redmi K50i features a fast 144Hz LCD (6.6 inch FHD+) and a fairly powerful Dimensity 8100 chipset. However, it costs more than the Galaxy M53, which uses an older Dimensity 900 chip and whose AMOLED display refreshes at “only” 120Hz. Samsung’s strength lies in its 108MP main camera (versus Xiaomi’s 64MP sensor).
Although the batteries are similar in size (5,080mAh and 5,000mAh respectively), the Redmi can charge at 67W (64% in 30 minutes, 100% in 53 minutes) while the Galaxy can only charge at 25W. Redmi has a 3.5 mm jack and Galaxy has a microSD slot instead.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite underperforms both the 120Hz LCD (6.59-inch FHD+) and the Snapdragon 695. That means the 64MP main camera can’t do 4K video (nor does the pair above have an ultra-wide angle). It has an 8MP UW camera). The 5,000mAh battery charges at 33W, which is fast but not amazing. So, unless you really want something under Rs 20,000, use one of the above phones.
This is all new – the iQOO Z7 was announced earlier this week and sales will start on March 21st. The phone features a 6.38-inch 90Hz AMOLED display (FHD+) with a Dimensity 920 and 5,000mAh battery, 44W charging (50% in 25 minutes), and a 64MP camera with OIS. , iQOO promises 2 OS updates and 3 years of security patches. Amazon already has a landing page, 6/128GB unit is 17,500 rupees and you can get 8GB RAM for another 1,000 Indian rupees You can buy it.
The Z7 goes up against the Realme Narzo 50 Pro, also priced at Rs 17,500. Its Dimensity 920 isn’t great, but it could prove to be a better chipset. The smartphone has a 6.4 inch 120Hz AMOLED display (FHD+), a 48+8+2MP camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging.
Finally, some cheaper options. We recommended the Samsung Galaxy M04 two weeks ago, but its price has since dropped by INR 1,000. This brings it closer to something like the Nokia C12, but still leaves a relatively large gap.
There’s a reason for that. The M04 runs full Android 12 (One UI Core 4.1) instead of Android 12 Go Edition like Nokia. It also has twice the number of CPU cores (mostly A53) and runs them at a higher clock speed to boot. The displays are comparable (6.5 and 6.3 inches, both HD+ LCD), but the Galaxy has better cameras (13MP/1080p and 8MP) and larger batteries (5,000mAh and 3,000mAh). It’s clearly a better phone, but it’s also 40% more expensive (2,5000 rupees more in absolute terms).
