Huawei Health is no longer available on the Google Play Store and the app is now only available via an insecure sideload or by getting Huawei’s App Gallery first.
The last version of the app is from 2020 and was running until October of last year. Huawei’s latest wearables such as the Band 7 were not supported.
So it makes sense that it’s no longer available. People were already using the latest App Gallery variant.
Note that the app is still available on Apple’s App Store and Samsung’s Galaxy Store.
If you need to download Huawei Health, Huawei’s instructions page is available. To keep your apps up to date, we recommend that you first install App Gallery, Huawei’s HarmonyOS app store.
