Samsung seems set to continue adding more camera features to older Galaxy models.
On Thursday, Samsung Community Moderators (opens in new tab) We’ve outlined plans to update more devices with the features of the Galaxy S23 series (via SamMobile). Some features have already arrived via the last enhancements Samsung issued via his One UI 5.1. However, it should excite some Galaxy owners.
One of its features includes Image Clipper, which launched with the Galaxy S23, allowing users to select and lift subjects from an image. It was previously hinted that the feature could come to older phones such as the Galaxy S22 series, but it looks like we won’t have to wait too long. Other devices include the Galaxy S20, S-series phones that go back to the Note 20 series, and Samsung’s foldable phones aside from the original Galaxy Fold.
Samsung is also introducing Expert RAW and Pro modes to the selfie cameras of the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Z Fold 4, as well as the 300x Astro Hyperlapse feature that will be added to the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
Finally, Samsung is extending additional Expert RAW features and improved lens switching to more phones, but the last one is currently under review and has not been finalized.
