YouTube’s paid subscription tier today adds five features to fully differentiate itself from the free tier and allow for monthly payments.
YouTube Premium subscribers can now use the queuing system on their phones and tablets. This previously he was in testing until the end of January. This is available to anyone on your computer when using the YouTube website, but mobile app functionality is limited to subscribers. As the name suggests, this allows you to create a queue of videos to play, add new videos to it, and change the position of videos that already exist.
Second, premium members can host Google Meet sessions where all participants, whether premium or free users, can watch YouTube videos together. This is currently live via Meet Live Sharing on Android devices and will be enabled “in the coming weeks” for his FaceTime users on iOS via SharePlay.
