Video games are more popular than ever, but there’s still something to be said for the good old board games. The Infinity Game Board gives them high-tech processing by giving them access to over 100 on their system-specific touchscreen tablet.
Priced at US$499.99, the Infinity Game Board is manufactured by Arcade1Up, best known for their 3/4 scale versions of classic arcade video games. The American company also successfully kickstarted its new gameboard predecessor, the Infinity Game Table.
Like the table, the board offers free access to 50 downloadable Hasbro games, including tried-and-true favorites like Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Yahtzee, Crew, Scrabble, Sorry, Candy Land and more. Over 100 games are available for purchase, including Arcade1Up’s own titles.

The device itself takes the form of a zoomable 18.5-inch 1080p touchscreen tablet with responsive haptic feedback. Up to 6 people can play at once, either in person or online (for certain games) via a Wi-Fi connection. Also, if the game is interrupted before it ends, you can save and exit later.
The Infinity Game Board can be ordered from Best Buy through the Arcade1Up website. Using an external secondary battery allows you to play the game for a long time on the go. You can see the board in action in the video below.
