Wind River Tiny Homes recently completed a new tiny home named Ocoee that is only 30 feet (9.1 m) long and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Like Jen’s 34′ x 10′ Tiny Home designed by MitchCraft, which has a very spacious interior, the MitchCraft model used the additional space to provide a relatively large kitchen, but this example They take a different approach and are arranged around the airy kitchen. and bright living room.
The Ocoee is based on a 3-axle trailer and, as mentioned, widened to 10 feet (3 m), just over the standard width of 8.5 feet (2.5 m). Tiny homes with very wide widths have become more common, offering the advantage of a more apartment-like interior, but require a permit to be towed on standard US roads, so for homes that aren’t moved often is probably more suitable.
The first floor of the home is 312 square feet (almost 29 square meters), most of which is the glass-walled, high-ceilinged living room. The model shown is a sofa only, but if desired, it can also be equipped with a combination of office space and dining table, as well as storage space.
The living room leads to an L-shaped kitchen with butcher block countertops, sink, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Opposite the kitchen of the house is the bathroom. A shower, toilet and washbasin are standard equipment, but a bathtub can be installed as an option.

Ocoee has two bedrooms, both accessed by a staircase with integrated storage. These are standard small house style lofts with low ceilings, a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom.
