Advent, LLP is looking for Intellectual Property Lawyers and Patent Agents. This is a full-time position supporting various aspects of intellectual property. Depending on the candidate’s background and education, this position includes responsibility for patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related agreements. No salary cap. Bonuses are paid monthly based on production and calculated using a completely transparent and objective rule-based process. Starting salary will be determined according to career and experience.
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- A clear connection and desire to live in the upper Midwest (required);
- Ability to work in Advent’s offices in Omaha, Nebraska (required);
- Strong oral and written communication skills (essential);
- 3+ years of IP experience (recommended).
- Experience in IP search, IP analysis, and IP clearance analysis (preferred).
