Swedish ebike maker Vässla has announced the US launch of its award-winning Pedal model, which was released in Europe last year. Pre-orders are now open nationwide, and New Yorkers are invited to join the hop-on hop-off subscription service for $109 a month.

The pedal was designed in collaboration with Munich-based Christian Zanzotti and won a gold medal at the 2023 German Design Award.
