Main duties:
Responsibilities include all aspects of trademark practice, including trademark counseling, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. This is a partnership track position.
Required qualifications:
Successful applicants must:
- have an excellent academic background
- Have a JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active as a member of the Ohio Bar Association
