Air Out Your Components With The Streacom DA6 Chassis

don’t call it enclosure

The Streamcom DA6 is an open-air ITX chassis made of steel and aluminum that is liquid-tight and measures 431 x 215 x 215 mm (17 x 8.5 x 8.5 inches), or 19.9 L. The case consists of four poles, a top and a base, giving it a very clean look, not to mention the airflow is completely unrestricted. The motherboard is mounted in the back, with the PSU on top to keep the exhaust out of the other components. The GPU is mounted vertically, but Steamcom doesn’t include a riser cable, so you’ll need to bring your own or order the recommended cable with the Streamcom DA6.

As you can imagine, the DA6 is one of the quietest and coolest running cases TechPowerUp has tested. There are a few things that can cool the GPU, but this is due to the limited number of fans that can be installed. The Streamcom DA6 can be fitted with two 140mm fans front and rear, or a 280mm radiator if desired, optional if the room has adequate airflow. A case with a significantly higher number of fans can cool the GPU to some extent, but the CPU temperature will never be better.
