ThriveDX Launches Cyber Academy for Enterprise to Address Skills Shortages

ThriveDX has launched a new Cyber ​​Academy for Enterprise as part of its Human Factors Security Suite.

The academy helps organizations reskill and upskill employees for cybersecurity-related positions, while also seeking to attract diverse external candidates. The Academy is open to candidates of all skill levels.

The company hopes the effort will help solve the global cybersecurity talent shortage, which has 3.5 million unsecured jobs. Additionally, a Fortinet survey found that 80% of organizations attributed his one or more recent breaches to a lack of in-house cybersecurity talent and skills.

Upon completing the training, learners are awarded a Certificate of Completion jointly approved by ThriveDX and the organization that manages the Academy.
