Samsung is working on Galaxy S24 FE, would launch it in late 2024

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is happening, confirmed one more source. However, GalaxyClub NL claimed the phone won’t be ready by summer; it won’t be ready even in early autumn. The Dutch website claimed the Fan Edition smartphone will launch in late 2024.

The information actually comes about a Samsung project with the codename R12, but we know it is the S24 FE because R11 was the Galaxy S23 FE, R10 was the unreleased S22 FE, and R9 was the Galaxy S21 FE.

If Samsung decides to stick to its plan from last year, we might see the Galaxy S24 FE launch in some markets in the final weeks of 2024, while a broader expansion should be expected in early 2025. However, the Korean maker appears to struggle where to put the FE series, because the S23 FE was neither a Fan Edition, nor an S23, it was a refreshed variant of the S22+.

The phone being in development means we should expect more leaks in the next months. We hope to learn whether the Galaxy S24 FE will have something in common with the current flagships or the ones from last year.
