Solar group postpones full annual report, focus on raising new capital

Ennogie will raise new capital from investors to support the company’s growth and operational needs in 2026.

The company announced this in an announcement late Tuesday afternoon, which includes some figures for the annual report 2024. The full financial statements have been postponed to April 16 due to a delay.

In the new year, Ennogie expects revenue in the range of DKK 55-62m (USD 8.1-9.2m) and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, EBITDA, of DKK 0-2m.

Ennogie intends to raise capital after its quarterly report in November 2025.

“The Board of Directors expects to issue new capital of DKK 4.0m after the quarterly report in November 2025 to support growth and operational capital needs in 2026,” it states.

Ennogie had declines across its financial statements for 2024, preliminary figures showed on Tuesday.

Revenue plunged 53% to DKK 46.2m and gross profit fell 40% to DKK 16.3m.

At the same time, the EBITDA deficit grew to DKK 9.5m, and the bottom line showed a loss of DKK 13.9m in 2024.
